Delete your account

If you've decided that you want to delete your account with us, here's how to do it.

iOS app

Log in to your account and go to your profile page. Press the cog icon in the top right corner, where you'll see the option to delete your account. Select this option and follow the steps on screen.

Android app

Log in to your account and go to your profile page. Press the cog icon in the top right corner, where you'll see the option to delete your account. Select this option and follow the steps on screen.

Without the app

If you don't have our app and want to delete your account, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at hello@regulate.me and confirm at least two of the following:

• Your email address
• Your company name

Once you have confirmed this, we'll delete your account.
