What you will do
Build the Regulate product. Using AI-native coding workflows as the main development method, not as a supplement to traditional engineering. Working with developers and agents toward an enterprise-grade platform that creates impact for millions.
Own the product codebase end-to-end — backend, integrations, iOS and Android
Build and maintain the product with AI as the primary workflow
Collaborate with developers and AI agents to build and ship at speed
Work closely with the product co-founder to define the experience
Ensure architecture, quality, security, and GDPR standards across the codebase
Build internal agents and automations that keep the company operating efficiently

This role is for you if
AI coding tools and agentic workflows are your primary development method — not shortcuts
5–10 years of hands-on engineering, real products that users depend on
GDPR, security, and data minimisation are first-class engineering decisions for you
Strong backend, comfortable across the full stack including mobile
You lead topics, not just tasks — comfortable coordinating with AI agents and developers
This role is not for you if
You need a large team around you to be effective
You’re running parallel projects or ventures — full commitment is non-negotiable
You wait for perfect specs before building
